It’s Friday, the weather’s turned beautiful again here in Tampa, so nothing too heavy for us to go over. All I have is these 3 things:

3. And lastly, just a reminder. If you own a company, now’s a good time of the year to get your corporate minutes done for the prior year.

I’m not a lawyer nor do I play one on TV, so don’t take this as legal advice. But minutes are sometimes used to help support your existence as a corporation.

And of course, having a corporation prevents someone from “piercing” your corporate veil.

Anyway, if you tend to forget to do your corporate minutes, just a reminder to get this handled. And if you have no clue what I’m talking about, just Google it.
