Best Business Plan Template… Ever

Today I’m going to give you an incredibly unconventional business plan template.

But if you’re the kind of person who’s attracted to more common sense, practical wisdom… it’ll be the best, and most reliable business plan you ever have.

I haven’t really had a lot of mentors in my life. Although, to be honest… I sure wish I had more.

However, some of the wisest advice I ever received came from the one or two I did have.

The best advice was simple, and easy to follow. Incredibly easy to understand, and practical.

For instance, virtually every time something has come to a standstill in my business over the years, there hasn’t been a time I couldn’t attack and resolve the problem using this one thing I’m going to share with you today.

The late Christian Godefroy once told me this. He was a wonderful man, and a good friend of mine who I still miss and think about, almost daily.

Here’s one of the most brilliant things he told me. He said…

There are only three things your business can be doing. – it’s kind of like a 3-legged stool. You’re either going to be generating leads… making products… or selling.

And that’s it.

And what I’ve found, is that typically… when things aren’t going to way I want them to go… All I need to do is consider those three things, and it’s easy for me to identify what I need to do in my business, to plug the holes.

When you become deficient in one of these three areas, it eventually shows up.

Now sure, some of this will vary based on what you do.

So for instance, for some people, selling may also involve marketing… and in other cases it can involve the delivery of your services or even operations.

For other people, “making products” may mean “acquiring products,” or developing new services.

But by and large, these three things should constitute the “big pegs” in your overall business flow.

I hope this helps you – I know it’s been an invaluable treasure to me, over the years.
